Bank and audited by KPMG Uruguay, has been managing Investment
Funds since 1995, when “Fondo Oportunidad” and
“Fondo Bonos” were created. At present, it is
registered as General Fiduciary at the Register of Trustees
kept at the Uruguayan Central Bank and manages investment
funds and trusts. In the near future, it shall be registered
as Financial Trustee, and thus, enabled to participate in
the structuring of Financial Trusts, as issuer of securities
to be offered publicly or privately.
